Visiativ Consulting IE Announcement

Established as Braithwaite Consultants in 2011, in August 2022 we were acquired by the French-listed technology group, Visiativ. We remained as Braithwaite until July 2024, when we rebranded as Visiativ Ireland.

Then in September 2024, Visiativ was acquired by Groupe SNEF. SNEF is a 119 years-old, €1.7bn turnover French business with 13,000 employees in 30 countries, active in manufacturing, engineering, telecoms and nuclear power sectors amongst many others.

SNEF made the strategic decision to divide Visiativ into two distinct segments. The software side will continue operating under the Visiativ name, while the Consulting (R&D Tax Credits) division will adopt the ABGI brand.

So – after only 9 months as Visiativ, we are rebranding as ABGI Ireland on the 31st March.

A new name – but the same people, expertise and experience with the same focus on accuracy and compliance, backed by the financial strength, stability and global footprint of Groupe SNEF.

Welcome to ABGI Ireland, the new name for Visiativ (and, of course, Braithwaite).
